  • CONGRATULATIONS to Matt Hendricks (KD3DQX) on passing his Technician test!!!!!  🍻🍾👏👍

 

  • Our 2026 Field Day results were 654 QSO's with 25 participants operating Class 2A for a total score of 2,646! Great job everyone!

  • Weekly nets are Wednesday at 8:00 PM
  • You do not have to be a member to participate in the net - all are welcome
  • We have a rotating list of net control ops: Eric N3TVV (Head NC), Dave KC3VWB, Chris W2CPS,  and Mike WA3TT.

This week's net controller for Wednesday 8/12 will be Chris W2CPS.

May Meeting: Lightning, Grounding and Bonding

August Monthly Meeting

The August meeting will be August 20th at the EOC. The General Meeting starts at 7:30 PM.

HANDS ON NIGHT

Hands On Night for September is Thursday, Sept. 3, 2026, 7:00 P.M. at the Carbon County EOC.

The Christmas dinner is scheduled for Saturday, December 12th location tbd.


 

Queen Mary

On March 31st 2026 Dan KQ4SYE arranged a visit with David, N6HHR, Manager of W6RO, which is the Nate Brightman Radio Room aboard the Queen Mary. CARC members were able to make contact with the Queen Mary and then submit for the "very popular Queen Mary QSL card". Details of the QSL card are found here:

On January, April, July and September, a Board meeting is held starting at 7:00 PM.

If a meeting is cancelled due to weather or other reasons, notification will be posted here.
